I ask for your cooperation and respect in honoring the 24-hour cancellation policy. This allows time for me to fill the spot you reserved. For anything under 24-hours, I'll try my best to fill the space with a client on our wait list. Unfortunately, if we are unable to fill the spot, your card on file will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service booked. Now, I'm not a total stickler - everyone gets 1 free "oops" pass. I also understand that emergencies/illness happen and those will be assessed. If you are not feeling well, please reschedule and no cancellation fee will be assessed.
